Apricorns roasting on an open fire, Snorunt nipping at your nose. It's been said many times and many ways, but Happy Delimas, it's truly lovely to bring this Godian Tradition back again this year!

To those who may not know, this is an event we do annually where people spend their hard earned Dians to send gifts, joy, and merriment to others, and we even provide a shopping catalog~

Here's how it works~

Firstly, make sure you keep this a secret, don't let anyone know what you're giving or to whom you're giving it~

You can choose to send a gift from your own inventory, buy something in the pokemart, or buy one from the catalog below.

Please use this template to send a gift and PM it to the user Godai , the staff will keep track of who's sent what there.

Once the mod's go through their inbox, they'll wrap up all the presents with wonderful ribbon and place it underneath our beautifully decorated tree. And you can do this as many times as you'd like, provided you have enough money.

However, in order to receive any gifts, you must first send out at least two presents. Feel free to give more than that.

If you're having trouble doing your shopping, you may also request the mod to give you a name at random from someone who has already sent out presents.

You cannot send presents from one of your characters to your other. You'd think we wouldn't have to specify that in the spirit of giving and selflessness, but we do.

Finally, This year has been a rough one for everyone, what with school, work, current events, and every other bit of life, and we haven't gotten as much Roleplaying done as we have in previous years. This also means that we might not have as many dians to spend this year. But, worry not! The Staff is very understanding and also does truly love this holiday so we are going to give out a little gift to help jumpstart this merry season! This year, your character(s) may have a choice between having their Dians Multiplied by 2.5x or adding 5000 to their current total. There are (2) small catches though. Of course: 1) Only if you're an Older Member (active prior to January 1, 2020) your Character(s) must have at least (2) Evaluated Topics under their belt. New active Members do not need to have any Evaluated Topics to get that Dian increase. 2) You have to post twice in The Snowfall Gala, writing with your character as if in a tag thread. This means each post must be at least 200 words. Write your Delimas letter near the fireplace, go outside for a snowball fight, or head to the kitchen for some peace, quiet, and hot cocoa. Your character may show their Delimas spirit however they prefer. Once you do, make a modification and use the seasonal thread as the source for adding on the amount of Dians you chose. Yes, some folk will be getting a couple thousand dians, some of you will be getting 10s of thousands of dians. But who knows, this may remove any frugality-causing fear that people may have, and amount to a more bountiful holiday~

Please Note: Due to the delay of Delimas and the business of the season, ALL Presents will be officially opened on January 6, 2021 in order to give plenty of time to all members who want to participate. Thank you.

Aside from the Dian Increase Modification, Do not submit any other modifications until after the presents are opened. We'll do that on January 6th. Then we'll be able to give thanks and have an absolutely lovely holiday together~

It has been an eventful year for me and my Pokemon. Senuki did a lot of training with Zwei, Treo, and Kiyou are doing good and hanging out with hot chocolate in hand, and Reno is just being Reno. This year, all I want for Delimas are special items for my party just like Senuki's Mystic Water. He really likes it and I'm hoping I can give these items on this list as their Delimas present. As for me, I do have my eyes on a Dusk Stone. I heard something will happen if I use it on Zwei once he evolves. Lastly, I heard there's a new kind of candies called EXP Candies and I'm hoping to give them as a bonus.

How have you've been? I've been doing great! I had fun with Vivi ever since she hatched, Rei is starting to become interested in battling, and Miu, Mimi, and Rina are doing great. As for what I want for Delimas this year, I'm hoping for a bicycle or a skateboard so I can travel more easily and I need more Potions and medicine for my journey. I'm about to go somewhere to meet up with my friend, Caleb and I need to stock up for the trip.

Dear Deliclaus,

I hope this letter finds you well! My family and I have managed to do well this season. I'm not sure what's going through their minds nor my friends' minds but I would like to also thank you for your hard work for them. This year has been quite... rough to say the least. There are always terrible tragedies in the world, and we can't help everyone. However, Delimas has always been a time of joy and giving. If not for ourselves, then for others who need it most. I believe this is the time where the idea of "give it forward" originated from, right? Even if it isn't, then maybe it'll be a wrong fun fact that we can all enjoy haha!

I always felt like Delimas was a time where we reflect on how we treated others in previous months - both who we like and dislike. The greatest lesson I learned in life is, "it's not about you". Although it was a hard pill to swallow, I try and incorporate it every day in my own actions. Still, I struggle, but that's what life is about no? Striving to make yourself better so that you're less of the cause of people's suffering? If I'm wrong, then I'm wrong, but may it be morally right. As long as people are happy, then that's all that matters. Happiness is fleeting, but it's something we still want to strive for despite it being such a temporary feeling.

That said, I wish for nothing this Delimas. I would prefer that if you felt so inclined to give me anything that it be donated to someone else. Heck, put it under my name or something ha!

One day our lives will flash before our eyes. When that time comes for all of us, I hope it's worth watching.

This is my first Delimas back home, can you believe that? I don't know what to say either...I feel like I have pretty much everything--especially after recieving my cutie! She's so adorable. you have to see her! I swear you'll love her. Anyway, if I had to choose something I really want...a gardevoirite would be cool! Aside from that, I'm cool with anything that would make my pokemon very very happy.

Dear Deliclaus

I've finally decided to pursue my dreams, after my years in school and my time at home afterwords. While I don't know the best way to go about my goals, I'm sure anything would be nice!
