Oraclair Town
Upon first glance one will instantly notice the beauty of this pristinely crafted town. Most homes and buildings are built with flat tiled roofs and sparkling white stone facades, a style that is very reminiscent of ancient Greece. However Oraclair Town is much more than meets the eye and its interesting population is more diverse than what the traditional style might suggest. All types of people live in Oraclair, but it is known for being home to a sizeable subculture of Psychics. People gifted with Psychic abilities travel there each year to refine their powers at the Eveline Temple, which serves as the town’s Gym and Psychic Training Academy. Oraclair’s Gym Leader happens to be the instructor. The chance of witnessing her incredible abilities in practice is yet another draw to fledgling Psychics.
(Based on some special Pokemon in our PokeDex, when you evolve, there are some particular moves that the Pokemon misses. Moves that are considered to be exclusive can actually be learned, as long as the exclusive move is of a lower evolutionary and that the Pokemon is passed the level to learn it. Moves taught by the Re-Learner all go into the Unique Moves section.
It is strongly encouraged to put the encounter with the Move Re-learner in your actual thread.)

On a corner street in Oraclair Town, one can find a small, brick shop that smells strongly of incense even from the outside. It is not unusual for curious trainers to be drawn in from the streets just from the strange smell alone however many purposefully travel here from all over Godai. The reason why can be found behind a thick curtain of beads and hidden away in a layer of sweet smelling smoke.
Those curious enough to enter find themselves in a dark, cluttered room. Shelves lined with herbs, strange concoctions, and even rare, old books take up most of the available space. The windows, while not lined with any actual curtains, have strange, creeping plants clinging to the glass pans, soaking up nearly all of the sunlight that dares to enter. While they are large and overgrown, it is also obvious that someone tends to them with great care as they have begun to grow in odd patterns. Consequently, the fire in the stone fireplace is nearly always lit, even in the heat of the summer. A large cushion covered in strange, green fur is placed not too far away from this ever-going fire though the creature that supposedly sleeps here rarely deigns to acknowledge customers with its presence. This does not mean that it does not watch silently from the shadows however and the feeling of being watched goes hand-in-hand with the entering of this shop.
A counter dressed with strange artifacts and old document-like papers keeps those who enter the shop from passing behind an almost silky looking midnight blue curtain. If one looks close enough they can see the history of Godai stitched across this strange fabric in golden thread though at a first glance it seems nothing more than a chaotic scene. A large bell waits diligently on the counter for customers to ring to summon its master. Once its slow, melancholic ring echos throughout the shop, one can expect the owner to appear from behind the curtain.
She is obviously older though one would be hard-pressed to guess her actual age. Her silvery white hair is kept pinned up with two very questionable, bone white chopsticks. She wears many bangles and rings as well as other strange jewelry though their effect seem as though they would be lost on their owner as it is very clear that her steely blue eyes are unseeing of temporal things.
After introducing herself as Sibyl, the All-Knowing Seer, she will usually ask whoever has ventured into her shop to humor her and tell her their reason for entering her shop. If one had no other reason than curiosity, she will try to tempt them into either a reading or for those with Pokémon, to teach their Pokémon a move that they would have otherwise never had gotten. For those who are confused, she will go on to explain how some Pokémon can only learn certain moves at certain times in their lives. Such an example would be when a Growlithe evolves into an Arcanine at level sixty-five. Through Sibyl's great power, she would be able to reawaken the lost power and allow the Arcanine to learn the move Extreme Speed which would have been otherwise forever lost to it. Sibyl accepts all requests for a small fee of 3,500 dians.
After taking this Pokémon behind the curtain, whether it is in its Pokéball or not, a small flash can be seen before the seer reappears with the promise that the Pokémon now has a new move.
