The Godian Trade Network Template

If you want to send pokemon, money, or items from your character to another’s, please read the following rules and use the appropriate templates.

In order to use this system, the participating characters must be from different players. You cannot send items from one character to another. The characters do not need to be in the same thread. They don’t even have to know each other. Just like the Pokemart, this doesn’t have to be an IC action and is primarily OOC.

The First step is for The Sender to pick a method of trading. There are Three kinds of actions that can be taken.

• A Trade: Is to be used when two characters are in the same thread. This can be used to send pokemon money or items during a thread.
• A Mail: Is to be used when two characters are in different threads. This is the same as a trade, but requires a fee. For 150 from each character, the requested trade will be put in motion after 5 posts from each character*. This is called “Deli-Bird Mail.” If one chooses, items sent this way should be delivered via a bird pokemon (Not Delibird, who is just a mascot).
  
  For 300 from each character the requested trade will be put in motion after 1 post from each character*. This is called “Insta-Mail.” If one chooses, items sent this way are sent through the PC system.
  
  *This does not apply to reaped characters.
• An Auction: Is only to be used when someone has an item or pokemon that has more than one possible recipient. It is a stepping stone to use one of the above systems. It is only there to organize how much people would be willing to pay for something. You use an action to prepare for a Trade or Mail.

The Second step is for The Recipient to Accept the Trade using the template below. Fill it out and post it as a reply to The Sender’s trade request thread.

The Third step is to perform the required number of posts required from your method of trade.

The Fourth step is to Be sure to alert a mod when the posting has been done. The mod will then treat this as similar to a pokemart request, and edit dians, items, pokemon, and adventure log as needed.

Four Steps, Sender fills out a template, Recipient fills out a Template, They both post the required amount. Then the mod alters the profile. Easy Peasy.

NOTE: To simplify, post counts begin only when the Member posts their GTN Request first. Any posts prior to the Member’s request of a GTN trade will not count. This is to prevent using previous posts to fulfill post requirements.
