It had been all of forty five minutes since the tree had gone out back in the Evergreen Forest. It wasn't much at the time, but she still felt proud that her Bug knowledge came into use at such a fancy event! Still, she was having trouble relating to many people here- that is until she got into the dance hall. One of her favorite bands of all time- The Krikituners- were playing! She didn't think that a rock band, whose central musician was actually their Krikitune, would be playing here!
"Ooooooh my god!" She squealed with excitement as she made a dash to as close to the stage as she could get before security pushed her away. The way the Krikitune played their music was similar to a violin, where they would place one of their claw-like hands out in front, with the other angled to play a nice melody. However this one seemed to be much more energetic in how it played. It was enthralling! She would love to talk to them, and ask them how it was raised, maybe even get some tips on it- if of course they would allow some random mid-twenties girl learn the secret of their success, which was unlikely.
Still, she liked them for more then their bug compatriot. Their music, while normally not up her ally, was still incredible to behold. It was upbeat, high tempod, and other fancy musical words she didn't fully understand. She never took a music class. So, after downing another drink, she made her way to the dance floor, where she danced like nobodies business. She wasn't great at it, and she primarily danced alone, but it was still a fun time for her, and the occasional person watching the girl with the weird glasses flail around on the dance floor.
